Clifford Cobaugh, long time theater employee and former treasurer of Seth's Theatre, died after a pneumonia illness followed by a flood disaster exposure. Born July 12, 1877 in Hamilton, he spent most of his life in the city, educating there and teaching at Smith's Theatre. He passed quietly after a brief relapse and is survived by family at North Street.
