A stunt plane crashed into a crowd at Flagler airport in Colorado during an air show. Twenty three people died and more than twenty were injured as the aircraft plunged from under 100 feet after a wing-over, striking spectators.
Mr B Darby claims tin dredging by Mr Ernie Cox washed away 30 chains of Cope's Creek Road. Shire Engineer J H Robson says reconstruction requires a 40 chain deviation with two pipe culverts and land resumption through Darby's property. Council plans the deviation when plant is available and will seek compensation rights if lawful.
