Kiss of Death in Australia Referendum Campaign
The piece attacks a referendum battle as a violent passion by subversive elements for the Australian Constitution. It argues Communists fear the proposed measures, questions the fairness of proving guilt, and links support for UN actions in Korea to backing anti Communism at home. It claims the new affection for the Constitution is a sham and a kiss of death to freedom.
