On Saturday night November 10 the Soldiers' Reunion will be celebrated in the Oddfellows Hall. The event serves as the Victory Dinner and marks the 25th anniversary of the Guyra sub branch. The Guyra Shire Council met with Cr. W. Youman and councillors to discuss extending technical education, hospital funding with the Hospitals Association, and a South Guyra aerodrome site plan.
