Wichita area social notes span from Des Moines hospital to local gatherings
Mr and Mrs Jack Stringer and others traveled to Des Moines for Cecil Railsback’s emergency surgery at Methodist Hospital. Mrs Railsback remained there. Mary Marten, a former Seeley Township resident, died at New Homestead. Funeral services were in Guthrie Center. Many local residents hosted and attended Christmas and New Year events, weddings, family visits, and birthday gatherings across Wichita area towns, with updates on hosts, guests, and local activities.
