Guthrie Center's Elk Horn Kimballton team beat the Tigerettes 98 to 86 as 6-1 Paulsen scored 56 for the Danes. Harry Phillips Observe 50th Anniversary in Des Moines outing
Mr and Mrs Harry Phillips of Guthne Center were honored by their son Bill Philips and family of Panora for a quiet observance of their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday December 18. The couple attended luncheon at Zuider Zee in Des Moines then returned home to a three tiered cake by Eileen Goodrich of Linden. The cake featured a gold 50 under a tulle arch with lilies of the valley and two white doves. The group included Steve Phillips and Angela of Dallas Center in the evening.
