Lake Considine Recreational Area lies along the West Fork River three miles south and one mile west of Bris tow. Acquisitions in November 1957 added 12 acres and July 1958 added 78 more to total 90 acres. The park now offers West Fork River access, lake access for fishing, overnight and weekend camping, electrical hookups, 15 fireplaces, 21 picnic tables, a 20 by 30 foot shelter house, two rest rooms, two water pumps, and playground equipment. Visitors can enjoy outdoor leisure and gatherings amid timbered surroundings.
