Rites Held for Vivian Kingery 62
Vivian Kingery 62 died at his Greene home after months of illness. Born February 24, 1903 in Greene to Amos and Jennie Kingery he married Ila Stirm September 4, 1926 at the Little Brown Church Nashua. He lived near Greene most of his life, farmed, worked for Farm Service Co op, later for Farmer's Elevator. He served as elder at First Presbyterian, was Greene mayor for years, and on city council six years. Survivors include his wife, two sons Lloyd of Tripoli and Roland of Houston, 14 grandchildren, four brothers and four sisters. Funeral March 29 at First Presbyterian Church with Rev. G. F. Butler. Burial Rose Hill Cemetery. Reid's Funeral Chapel.
