Greene's Redikulus Day draws crowds and prizes
Greene hosted Redikulus Day with merchants engaging the crowd and many bargains. Lynnette Wunsch and Grace Tunderholt tied with 12 spellings found for Redikulus, a tiebreaker used. Drawings awarded Circus World tickets, color prints, T-shirts, a CB radio, balloons, popcorn, and Coca Cola swag. Neal O'Brien won the radio prize.

Scouts to Pick Up Paper Saturday in Nashua Area
Senior Girl Scouts will collect newspapers this Saturday August 21 with curb by 10 a.m. Papers may be boxed bagged or bundled. A marked vehicle serves rural residents at Pooley Lumber Co parking lot. Collected papers go to Harold's Service Center near Nashua for insulation.
