Butler County Board of Supervisors minutes record a regular adjourned meeting on May 15 1907 with chair W H Skinner and members present. actions include approving contracts and bonds, quit claim deeds to Lois Toll Johnson and Elmer Johnson, appointing Virgil E Shepard to Soldiers' Relief Commission, and approving various county claims and road construction bids.
In the district court of the state of Iowa for Butler County probate of the will of Katie M Hardy deceased was admitted on July 25 1967. R Fred Hardy appointed executor of the estate with notices to creditors to file claims within six months from the second publication. Dates shown include second publication August 5 1967.
