Henry Hildebrand 82 of rural Charles City died at home of an apparent heart attack. Services were held at St. John Lutheran Church with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery Greene. Survived by wife Lillie six sons Gerald Dale Frederick Gordon Mark Dwight two daughters a brother Norbert and a sister. Hauser Funeral Home Charles City in charge of arrangements.

Albert Schmidt rites note long local obituary and store history
Services for Albert Schmidt 70 of Brooklyn were held at Keans Dykeman Chapel Waterloo with burial in Midwest Garden of Memories. He died Tuesday at Allen Memorial Hospital born January 21 1906 in Allison to Conrad and Minnie Schmidt. He married Litle Springer September 28 1930 in Dumont retired from Rath Packing Co in 1971. Survivors include spouse a son and daughter plus six brothers two sisters and two half sisters. The piece also recounts the Dralle family store history from 1948 onward listing partnerships and expansions including Kramer's Furniture Store and H W Dralle business milestones and early worker reminiscences.
