Several Appeared In Allison J. P. Court
Several law violators appeared before Justice of Peace Dean Wiegmann at Allison last week. Walter W. Rice of Grangeville Idaho and Oscar D. Dimas of Winthrop Harbor Illinois were charged with intoxication upon a public highway. Both pleaded guilty March 26 and were sentenced to 30 days each in the county jail in Allison. Dale Dean Edeker of Allison charged with no trailer plates on trailer. Pleaded guilty March 26 and paid a $2.00 fine plus $1.00 costs. Charles Edward Penticoff 22 of Parkersburg was arrested by the Parkersburg Marshal early Sunday morning March 31 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Penticoff appeared before Wiegmann and bond was set at $500. Bond was furnished and he was released. Bennie Stckley 22 of Parkersburg charged with intoxication upon a public street. He pleaded guilty and paid a $50.00 fine plus $4.00 costs. Craig Charles Fisher of Allison appeared in Wiegmanns court Saturday and pleaded guilty to two speeding charges issued near Dumont by the Highway Patrol. He paid a $25.00 fine plus $8.00 costs on both charges.
