In Butler County two men face charges from March incidents. Lester Lee Draile, 17, of Grundy Center, was charged by Highway Patrol with driving with no valid license and arraigned in Greene on March 26 with a $350 bond. Conrad Smith, of Parkersburg, was arrested March 27 on a second offense OM-VI charge near Parkersburg on Highway 20, arraigned in Greene with a $750 bond and later released.
