Two men pay fines in city court this morning
Charles Sigg of West Franklin Street and John Hamilton of Fox Ridge paid fines in city court this morning. Sigg was fined 200 for possession of intoxicating liquor, while Hamilton paid 1 for public profanity. Hamilton had prior assault and battery conviction. he appealed to the circuit court.
