Joe Rogers reported to Sheriff Edward Kitelforge that thieves robbed his chicken house in Cloverdale taking 49 birds including springers and hens. Deputy Alva Bryan inspected the scene but found no suspects as tracks from a car near the house led to a cornfield with two sets of prints, suggesting a man and a boy.
