Women Organize Campaign to Sell War Stamps in Greencastle
A Greencastle meeting at the city library organized a broad thrift and war savings stamp drive. A citywide committee led by Mayor Bartley will push daily sales through mail deliveries, solicitors and Boy Scouts with participation from DePauw University and local schools to meet the quota.

Indiana will distribute 73037 in automobile license fees from the last half of 1917 among 92 counties. One third to each county, one third by gravel road miles, and one third by county receipts.
