The Weld County Harvest Festival association organized in Greeley aims to host a yearly celebration second to none. William Mayher is president, John Davis secretary, Richard L. Keiley corresponding secretary, Clarence Neill treasurer, with a nine member board and several vice presidents chosen from local business leaders. The group plans about eighteen prizes across autos floats and decorates carriages fo rads and farm rigs.
