City Council Reforms Fire Protection Measures Progress Report
The council debated improvements to the fire protection system and worked toward underwriter conformity for lower rates. Bonds Carried Unanimously In Johnstown Election

George Lethman of Denver won the franchise for a new lighting system to be completed by December 15.
