A Thursday night program of songs and orchestra numbers at the Presbyterian church drew strong local support for the Fountain Fund in Greeley. The event, directed by R. G. Strong, showcased numerous soloists and choruses, with pianist Arias Williams assisting, and raised 75 dollars after about 95 dollars gross receipts. The performance drew praise as a landmark for Greeley’s musical talent and may be repeated Friday June 7 if performers consent.

Greeley High School announces a four-number entertainment course for next season featuring the Midland Jubilee Singers J Lorenzo Zwickey famed art lecturer the Wilbur Starr Concert company and the Garber Howe entertainers. The P B E sorority held its last meeting at Mrs. C T Neill's home with eighteen members present. Clionian Banquet Honors Normae Society Leaders
The Clionian Literary Society of the Normae held its annual banquet last Friday evening in the M EB church basement. The decorated dining room featured pennants, smilax, and carnations. Corner Stone Laying for Congregational Church
The corner stone was laid last Thursday afternoon in an informal but impressive ceremony. Ministers present included Rev. J. A. Davis Rev. R. J. Hunter and Rev. D. D. Forward with a responsive reading by Rev. Doane and a hymn. Deacons J. B. Davis and J. A. Alexander with workmen representatives stood with hands on the stone. A Bible a church history a member list a photo album of the church town views copies of local papers and religious volumes were placed inside. The completed building will be a handsome city structure costing about 25 000 and seating 700 people.
