St Vrain Reservoir proposed across St Vrain creek
The Electric and Hydraulic company and Colorado Springs corporation filed map and sworn statement with the county clerk last Saturday for a dam two miles above the creek mouth. The plan stores about 1.6 billion cubic feet of water for power and irrigation south of Kersey. Estimated construction cost is $250,000.

Greeley will gain a new motor car service within 30 days, departing Denver at 8 30 am and arriving in Greeley around 10 30 am with a return at 3 30 pm. The plan includes extending service to Fort Morgan Sterling and other Julesburg branch towns and a Denver Sterling run with a LaSalle connection.
