Windsor Man Killed in Mine Shaft Accident
Windsor man Harry Scherrer, leased to the Fall City mine in Goldfield Nevada, fell about 100 feet and then 1,000 feet down a shaft while investigating. He was killed last Saturday. The body will be brought to Denver for burial. Scherrer was a longtime Windsor resident with many friends.

The Barnum house on Sixth Street in Greeley will be torn down to allow the Denver Laramie Northwestern railroad to pass through. Built in 1870 by P. T. Barnum, it cost about 4000 dollars and was first papered by Henry C. Watson. Barnum later sold the property to Dr. A. L. Camp who moved in with his family in 1878. The once bustling hostelry housed many county elders but now is aging and weathered.

May Boast Noble Family Inquest Reveals Andre Identity
