May Change Plans for Laramie-Poudre Irrigation System
Changes under consideration shift from tunneling to building more reservoirs north of the range at Glendevy. The Glendevy plan would store water from Tumble Porter Bab Nun Rawab and MeIntyre creeks and feed it via a ditch to Sheep creek and the Poudre Valley ditch. Fort Collins supports the Glendevy scheme, arguing the northward route avoids Boulder ridge and preserves Box Elder valley participation.
