Walling Arrested Over Mortgaged Property Sale Case
Henry Walling of Ault was jailed on charges of forgery and selling mortgaged property. The First National Bank of Ault held a mortgage on his horse. Walling allegedly sold it. Ed Gaffner, an Ault butcher, says Walling gave a $65 check with no funds. He faces three separate complaints in Cheyenne and Ault.
