Grasshopper Bill Signed By Governor In Colorado
Gov Shafroth signed house bill No 0 known as the grasshopper bill to wage a state wide campaign against the pest insect this summer. The plan divides the state into districts to implement extermination steps with a goal of a multi year effort reducing the annual grasshopper scourge. Dry Farming Congress Set for Colorado Springs Exposition
