Department of the Interior notices Herman Mierstheimer of Montana who filed for a land claim number 030370. He intends to prove up at a hearing before U.S. Commissioner R. W. Blake in Montana on the 28th day of May, 1918. Names listed include Skaggs, Austin Saylor, Johns, Ste Dengel, all Grass. First publication April 26.
