Change matter should be decided by people at Saloon Licenses meeting

The last regular council meeting adjourned to April 27 with remonstrances to be heard. Alderman Rickerd urged buying Petertyl property for a new Arc department house and expansion citing costs around 7000 dollars and ground value. The license board referred 18 complete and 2 incomplete saloon applications to the licenses committee with surety bonds under discussion and a proposed act to accept Michigan corporate bonds.
