Graham high school students and faculty announce the annual Spring Jubilee on Friday evening April 7 at the school auditorium. The vaudeville program features a male quartet Hawaiian players and singers children’s choruses a fifteen minute comedy and more with the orchestra providing interludes. Proceeds will fund the baseball team and the newly organized band as part of a community celebration.

Parrish Injured In Auto Accident While Campaigning
Hon Lucian W Parrish United States Senate candidate was riding with Judge Walter Pope when their car plunged into a ditch near Roby. Parrish suffered a broken jaw and other bruises but was not thought seriously hurt. A Monday bulletin warned of cerebral meningitis and grave prognosis. Later reports said he rested better and recovery was hoped.
