Mrs Charlotta Archer Gibson born April 22 1837 in Tennessee lived much of her life in this county before moving to Aspermont Texas three years ago. She died December 16 1914 at her daughter Mrs E L Ribble's home in Crowell at 5 am and was buried in Crowell cemetery at 4 pm. She leaves her husband P L Gibson and eight children including J F Gibson J J Gibson F Gibson E F Gibson J L Moore J D Morriss E L Ribble and J N McLaren. She was a longtime member of the Methodist church.
Mrs. G. Q. Street and her young son are due home early next week after spending Christmas in Memphis Texas with relatives.
