Auto Collision Near Williamson Corner Causes Damages
Last Saturday evening about 3 30 o clock a car driven by Sam Dowdle and another by Roy Walker collided on the Graham Newcastle road near Williamson corner seven miles from town. Dowdle returning from Throckmorton with Mrs Peart Mandeville and Walker with his family were uninjured. Both cars sustained damage with Dowdle’s having a broken axle.

Good Farming Triumphs With Burnett Cotton Harvest
F A Burnett rented fifty acres near his home nine miles west of town and grew cotton. He produced twenty two bales and eight hundred pounds of seed cotton with fifteen bales No 1 four No 2 and three No 3. Revenue totaled 3516 75 after gin fees and rent was 879 18 leaving net profit 2243 00 plus a five dollar Stetson hat for most bales at the Anderson gin.
