Unity Versus Denominationalism in Bible Students Debate
Pastor Russell of Brooklyn Tabernacle spoke to the International Bible Students Association in Louisville on June 19, urging Christians to abandon sectarian divisions. He warned that church federation hides doctrinal differences and urged return to a simple creed centered on turning from sin and accepting Christ. He pressed believers to study scripture, rightly divide the word, and resist building grand temples while neglecting spiritual unity and righteousness. The talk echoed calls for the Church of the Living God, the elect, to prepare for the Kingdom while restoring biblical clarity across denominations.
