Harley Haller, Tay lor county supervisor of the State Road Commission, announced that resurfacing of Grafton's Main Street and State Route 119 from St. Mary's Bridge to the Blueville intersection will begin next Monday. One-way traffic will be maintained, parking banned on Main Street, and manholes will be raised as needed. The project uses 2 inch plant mix asphalt concrete and Kentucky rock, with West Virginia Blackrock Company handling the contract. Materials arrive from Clarksburg. completion expected in 7 to 8 days.
