James Auxier of Grayson Kentucky was arrested after allegedly using a toy pistol to rob florist M O Brumfield of about 350 dollars in Huntington. Brumfield notified police and Auxier was found in a nearby hotel lobby with a toy pistol and Brumfield’s wallet in his room. He had been released from the state penitentiary last year after serving ten years for another robbery.
