Mrs A J Johnson Injured In Highway Accident
Mrs A J Johnson suffered a fractured arm Friday afternoon when the Farmers Supply truck tipped over on The Times Highway about three miles north of Emmetsburg. Mr Johnson, standing on the running board, jumped free as the truck slid off the grade. The bus from Graettinger attempting a pass forced a swing, the truck veered, toppled, and gasoline leaked. Mrs Johnson was treated at Emmetsburg hospital after the crew righted the vehicle and continued the journey.

Julius Dexheimer Scarred After Elevator Fall Accident
Julius Dexheimer of St. James Minnesota suffered severe injuries when he fell from the top of a corn crib elevator. He was scalped and his skull cracked with a deep forehead wound. Twenty stitches closed the wound. He also injured a leg back and bruises and was delirious upon hospital arrival. Doctors expect recovery as he rests.
