Mrs Turneaure Dies After Long, Active Life in Milford
Mrs Albert Turneaure passed away last Thursday at the home of her daughter in Graettinger after a fall broke her hip ten days earlier. Born June 29, 1887, in Camden New York, she moved with family to Freeport Illinois then to Milford Iowa, later living in Graettinger and finally Grueninger. She was married Oct 10 1860 to Albert Turneaure. he died Feb 14 1912. Survived by daughter Mrs E S George of Graettinger and son Lou Turneaure of Lavina Montana, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. two children preceded her. Funeral held Sunday at 1:30 at residence, Rev Faulk officiating. burial at Arnold’s Park cemetery. Hundreds attended. pallbearers named.

Spencer Cubs beat Estherville Eagles 9 to 8 in a hot Iowa-Minnesota League opener at the new ballpark.
