Edward Swift Dies After Illness at 79
Edward S Swift of Estherville died Saturday after a brief illness of pneumonia. Born July 4 1860 in Madison Wisconsin he was 79. He lived in Vernon and Estherville areas, worked for Rock Island Co until 1921 and left eight children and a widow. Funeral service at St Patrick church Estherville with interment in the Catholic cemetery northwest of Graettinger. Pallbearers included Wareham and Keifer.
