Mrs. Mary Wood, 48, mother of seven, died Saturday night after months of illness. She was hurl ed at Emmetsburg Tuesday morning and survived by her husband seven children aged up to 14, her parents Mr and Mrs Al Meyers, and many relatives. Gilbert Meyers of Ruthven has run the store inn and Sinclair service station. He added a cabin as his home, and the tourist park cabins remain popular in summer. Body Of Mrs Gaynor Found At Okoboji
The body of Mrs. E. S. Gaynor, 48, a Sioux City club woman, was washed ashore at Miller's bay near the Gaynor cottage the day after she disappeared following her April 25 arrival in the lake region. H. M. Goodell found the body during a night tide near the canal outlet. It was moved to Cobb's funeral home in Spencer after removal from the water.
