Graettinger families will attend the Minnesota Twins Campers Weekend at Metropolitan Stadium July 30-31 and August 1. The event features concerts, shows, a camper king and queen, and a five game series with the Oakland A local. Weekend highlights include a front stage show, church services, and various camping activities drawing 1300 to 4000 campers.

Bicycles and refreshments will be available for attendees of the Camp-In. Participants must buy at least a pair of Twins tickets for two of the three weekend dates. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Twins Met Stadium ticket office Dayton outlets or Midwest Federal downtown locations on Robert Street St. Paul and Nicollet Mall Minneapolis. Ruthven high school class reunion draws longtime classmates
Mrs Ruth Westergard hosted guests Mr and Mrs Gail Kesler of Minneapolis for a joint reunion of the Ruthven High School 1924 1925 and 1926 classes. Eleven from 1942, three from 1925 and sixteen from 1926 attended with locals from Ruthven Spencer Emmetsburg Mallard Steamboat Rock Jefferson Graettinger and others. A Saturday dinner at Mrs Westergard s home included family and Keslers from Minneapolis with remarks about surviving the low mood years of 1933.
