Returned Soldiers to Perform at Hawkeye Theatre
Returned soldiers and Uncle Sammy’s Minstrels will headline at the Hawkeye theatre on February 21 with a grand show. The 168 Depot Brigade Jasper Band will also give a daytime concert. Ticket prices range from 25 to 75 cents and some at $1.00. Secure seats early due to expected heavy advance sales.

Mrs Knutson's Mother Dies in Minnesota
Mrs Peter Knutson was summoned to McIntosh Minnesota Monday after a telegram announced the death of her mother who died Sunday. The funeral likely Thursday. The deceased would have been 71 in June. Her father passed away two years ago. Graettinger friends extend sympathy in her sorrow.
Graettinger to Move West After Farm Closing Sale
George Graettinger will move to California this spring due to Mrs. Graettinger's health. He will hold a closing out sale of his farm property on Tuesday February 25. The farm is rented to Alfred and Robert Simon. His large display ad will run in next week's Times.

Basket Sociable at Burg School Nets $42
