Auto Accident Ends Pleasant Weekend Trip
Miss Ray Gallup drove a Ford sedan owned by Clarence Mathisen with Mrs Ballantyne and Wayne Kay aboard. At East Des Moines Street and Seventh Street the Torrens car from Minneapolis struck the Ford’s rear, turning it around. Demolished wheels and a broken back glass. Ballantyne suffered a small head gash. Torrens assumed fault and paid the bills.
