The ordinance prohibits discharging firecrackers rockets and pyrotechnic displays within Grabill Indiana. It bans sale of fireworks retail and wholesale storage and imposes fines up to 25 dollars per day for violations. It also bars under 17 from using firearms and authorizes the fire chief to remove violative stock at owner expense. The measure repeals inconsistent ordinances and takes effect after publication in June 1917.
