Town Board Meeting Records Drainage Plan in Grabil Indiana
The Town Board met Monday Aug 6 1917 with all members present except David E Wimer. Claims allowed include freight rent clerk salary supplies road work and street lights. Serious Run Away Averted on Main Street
A five year old boy was left alone in a buggy when a horse bolted outside the Main street post office last Saturday evening. Joseph Goldsmith Sr. returned from his farm and entered the office briefly, while bystanders restrained the horse, preventing a serious runaway and possible injury or death to the child.
