Midland Lyceum Course Opens at Beach Congregational
The Beach affiliated churches host a winter lyceum series at the Congregational church starting Monday evening. The Midland Jubilee Singers head the program under W. A. Hann, followed by Dr. James Hedley on November 27, Emily Waterman on January 4, Elliott A. Boyl on January 19, and Ford the cartoonist on March 14. Season tickets cost 2.00, children 1.00.

The Chronicle announces purchase of a nine ton Cranston improved newspaper and job press in Minneapolis. The old press, sold to the Wibaux Pioneer, will be replaced and the paper size will grow from five to six columns with eight to twelve pages of home content. Next spring a new brick block will house the Chronicle.
