Directors Elected for First National Bank of Beach
Beach organizers chose a seven member board for the upcoming First National Bank of Beach. Five locals and two outsiders were named as directors including E. E. Dickinson E. E. Mikkelson E. E. Noble Ed Hoverson FE L Holvin EB L Amundson and E J Curtin. The bank plans to rent the Senz building as a banking house with a manganese steel safe ordered. Capital is $25,000 with ready funds for loans when security is solid. Officers will be chosen soon and the bank hoped to open within a month. New Schedule and Added Trains Alter Northern Pacific Service
The new Northern Pacific schedule took effect last Sunday but trains may run off schedule for a while. Passenger service improves while mail runs only one eastbound train every 21 hours. Eastbound trains Nos 2 4 6 and 16 have varying stop patterns and Nos 1 3 5 15 shape the westbound service. Local freight passengers limited. time cards show detailed east and west bound departures.
