Federal case results from former law suit in North Dakota
In Fargo last week Bryan and Coffman sued W. D. Forsyth for 2900 in fees with a verdict of 1275 in favor of the plaintiffs. Forsyth and Billings county litigation over 6000 acres drew comment as Bryan Coffman and Crawford Burnett billed 3500 originally with 600 paid to the St Paul firm. The Medora items note a new Medora state bank plan with 10000 capital and local business notes on irrigation and regional trade. A $200 reward is offered for cattle theft or killing branded JIM or FY.
