Harold Ray Parnell of this city joins 93 other high school students from Texas Oklahoma New Mexico and Illinois at Hardin-Simmons University Abilene for a week long High School Honors Science Institute on Environment Science and Man. Dr. Charles D. Robinson says the program will reveal underlying principles of the physical world and broaden student awareness. Students graduating in spring 1973 who were recommended by teachers were eligible to apply.
