Honor Roll List At Glen Rose School For Third Six Weeks

Six Men Fined in County Court Rulings
Judge Jack Cathey's County Court fined six men over the past week. Bennie B. West of Glen Rose received 200 dollars plus 51.80 in costs for driving while intoxicated, with a 30‑day jail term and six‑month license suspension probated. Bone gets 30 year sentence for murder in Cleburne
Larry Paul Bone, 24, of the city is sentenced to 30 years in the Texas Department of Corrections by District Judge Bryan Crosier for the murder of Louis C. Carroll near the courthouse on February 15 last year. He waived appeals and received 110 days credit. Mrs McDowell Hurt In Auto Accident
Mrs Ward McDowell of this city sustained back injuries when she lost control of her car on Highway 67 in the Bono community of Johnson County Monday afternoon. The vehicle left the roadway and traveled in a narrow ditch before striking a culvert. Mrs Gene Ratliff was first on the scene and summoned help. McDowell was taken to the local hospital and was hospitalized at press time. She was returning home after visiting her son in Arlington.
