Community Leader Sallie Woodard laid to rest in Cleburne
Mrs. Sallie Woodard died January 4 in a Cleburne hospital after a Christmas Stroke at her daughter Mrs. Wesley Marsh home. She lived with Mrs. Marsh since 1956 after Wesley Woodard’s death and is survived by 3 sons 3 daughters 12 grandchildren 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Services were at Rainbow Baptist Church with Rev. George Greebon and Rev. Sanders officiating.

John Noack bought an excellent registered Jersey heifer from Frion's Registered Jersey Farm in Cleburne. The dam of this heifer sold for 375 dollars at a dairy sale in Louisiana.
