Joe Louvier the neighborhood star in Chevy Chase
In Kay Acres section of Chevy Chase the kids call Joe Louvier the best neighbor and lead player. He coaches and plays with the Chevy Chase Chargers after school, guiding long games in the street and on the makeshift field while balancing school and family. He inspires younger kids and ranks as a top hitter and dedicated athlete on the Bears and Chargers teams.
