Starrville 4 H Club Meeting Highlights and Plans
The Starrville 4 H Club held its regular monthly meeting Friday at 6 30 p m with ten members present and adult leaders Mrs Joyce Williams and Billye J Abraham. Gregory Williams explained the eight steps of parliamentary procedure and members chose personal projects and demonstrations for the April County Eliminations Contest. The next meeting is in March and Food Show Projects were discussed for Junior participants. Meanwhile the Coast Guard reported thirty six drums of death containing tetra ethyl lead and gasoline vapors from the Montevideo float lost at sea should be sunk by rifle fire if spotted rather than salvaged.

Dumas outlines services of East Texas alcohol council
