UT Austin Adds CDC 6400 to Its Computation Center
A new Control Data CDC Model 6400 computer has been installed at the University of Texas Computation Center. The parallel system to the CDC 6600 increases educational computer time by about 30 percent and will operate around the clock. Student accounts comprise about half of the workload. Mildew thrives in warm moist shady spots outside houses where sunshine is blocked by shrubs.

Eastern Star Officers Installed in Gladewater Chapter
Gladewater Chapter Order of Eastern Star No. 831 held a formal Saturday installation in the Masonic Hall with Mr. and Mrs. Sam Troxel named Worthy Matron and Worthy Patron.
